Paint Is Dead Business PRO Training – Terms & Conditions Last Updated: 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration, participation, and access to all Paint Is Dead Business PRO Training classes, events, private trainings, and online programs (“Training”). By registering, you agree to these Terms in full.

  1. Registration & Payment 1.1 All registrations must be completed through our official website or approved registration portal. 1.2 Payment is required in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. 1.3 Your seat is not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. 1.4 Prices may change at any time; confirmed registrations will not be affected.

  2. Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds 2.1 Participant Cancellations: Cancellations made 30+ days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, minus administrative fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. 2.2 Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another attendee with written request at least 7 days before the event. 2.3 No-shows: Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund or credit. 2.4 PIB Rights: Paint Is Dead reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Training due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a future training. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

  3. Private In-Shop Training 3.1 A signed service agreement and deposit are required to secure private, in-shop training dates. 3.2 Travel, lodging, and related expenses for trainers are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated. 3.3 Rescheduling within 21 days of the scheduled date may incur additional fees.

  4. Attendance & Participation 4.1 Participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times. 4.2 Paint Is Dead reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund. 4.3 Attendees must follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and facility rules.

  5. Intellectual Property 5.1 All training materials—slides, documents, videos, logos, methods, and digital content—are the intellectual property of Paint Is Dead and its partners. 5.2 Materials may not be copied, shared, recorded, distributed, or reproduced without written permission. 5.3 Any unauthorized use of material may result in removal from the Training and legal action.

  6. Media Release 6.1 By attending Training, you grant Paint Is Dead permission to capture and use photos, video, and audio recordings that may include your likeness for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes. 6.2 If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing prior to the start of the event.

  7. Liability & Acknowledgment 7.1 Training may involve hands-on demonstrations and equipment use. You understand and accept any risks associated with participation. 7.2 Paint Is Dead is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during Training, travel, or use of training content. 7.3 All business strategies and recommendations provided are educational; success is not guaranteed.

  8. Online Access & Accounts 8.1 Online training access is limited to the registered participant. 8.2 Sharing login credentials or content access is strictly prohibited. 8.3 Paint Is Dead may revoke access for misuse without refund.

  9. Privacy 9.1 Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 9.2 We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as needed to process registration or deliver services.

  10. Acceptance of Terms By registering for Paint Is Dead Business PRO Training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
